As a Trainee UK Payroll Administrator, you’ll be starting your career in payroll by learning the fundamentals of end-to-end UK payroll processing. Assisting with the preparation and processing of UK payrolls under the guidance of senior team members Supporting the completion of payroll checklists, calendars, and documentation Helping to maintain accurate employee and payroll records Responding to basic queries from clients and colleagues, escalating more complex issues as needed Learning how to calculate statutory payments and deductions (e.g. tax, NI, pensions) Supporting the preparation of payroll reports and payslips Participating in team meetings and training sessions to build knowledge and confidence Shadowing experienced payroll professionals to understand best practices and service standards Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues where needed Does this sound like you?
