Job Posting What we’re looking for: Good knowledge of French (minimum B2 level) Analytical thinking and attention to detaills; Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to learn new tools Customer-focused approach and willingness to take initiative What will you do: Processes requests received by email; Assists the payroll administrators in handling requests for employees in France (example: fixed-term contract requests, salary advances, partial salary payments, final settlement templates, illness) in collaboration with all Human Resources actors; If necessary, contacts employees by phone to quickly resolve a problem; Provides back-up for another person in the team, in case of absence and occasional support for all team activities, if necessary (at the request of the direct manager); Respects the confidentiality of employees' personal data, as well as information related to their travel; Respects the rules for prioritizing activities. At the request of the hierarchical superior, also peforms other tasks.
