The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As aTrainee Recruitment Consultant, youll manage the full recruitment lifecycle within the tech sector, building relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview top tech talent
- Build and manage client relationships
- Understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process
- Develop new business opportunities
- Provide a high-quality candidate and client experience
Requirements Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 2025 or 2026 graduate (all degrees considered)
- Previouscommercial experience(sales, customer service, account management, or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, target-driven, and financially motivated
- Resilient and organised in a fast-paced environment
- High emotional intelligence and problem-solving ability
