Role Description The Trainers for KIDS Workshop role is a full-time remote position focused on designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for children. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting interactive workshops, creating supporting educational materials, and adapting content to different learning styles and age groups. The trainer will collaborate with the content and education teams to ensure workshops align with learning objectives and company standards. The role also involves monitoring participant progress, gathering feedback from children and caregivers, and continuously improving workshop formats and activities. Administrative tasks such as scheduling sessions, maintaining records, and participating in virtual team meetings are also part of the daily work.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting Workshops and delivering Training, particularly for children or youth.
• Strong Teaching and Education skills, with the ability to manage groups of children in a structured yet engaging environment.
• Ability in Writing to create clear, creative, and age-appropriate educational materials and activity guides.
• Demonstrated passion for child development, learning, and playful education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a child-friendly and inclusive approach.
• Comfort with remote work tools and virtual training platforms.
• Relevant educational background in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related fields is preferred.
• Prior experience in school programs, camps, or children’s workshops is an advantage.
