  • Coordinate and facilitate virtual, live, and occasional in-person training sessions.
  • Assess training resources and recommend solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Support individual development plans and role-specific learning paths.
  • Distribute training materials and recordings to support continuous learning.
  • Develop training communications for initiatives, process updates, and learner engagement.
  • Lead or support Solution Services projects related to Contact Center solutions and operational needs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in employee benefits, enrollment services, participant services, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, education, human resources, or a related field preferred.

  • Solid understanding of employee benefits products, services, processes, and client support expectations.
  • Comfortable presenting information clearly and confidently to small and large groups, both virtually and in person.
  • Strong project management, organizational, planning, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Accountable for assigned projects, team commitments, and timely follow-through on deliverables.

RELATED COMPETENCIES:

  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to identify practical, learner-focused solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
  • Enthusiastic, career-minded, and self-motivated professional with a desire to contribute to a growing team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to responsive, high-quality service.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, consistency, and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and use training, collaboration, and learning management tools.
