Daybright is currently seeking an Enrollment Services Training Specialist to join our Solution Services Segment. This is a remote US-based opportunity. Be part of a team of thought leaders and seasoned benefits and retirement planning professionals.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Training Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering training programs that support the Enrollment and Participant Services teams. This role partners team members and subject matter experts to create engaging learning plans, onboarding programs, and training materials across multiple formats, including guides, presentations, videos, webinars, and e-learning modules.
The Training Specialist manages learning assignments and learner progress in the LMS, coordinates live training events, evaluates available training resources, distributes meeting recordings, and develops communications that support consistent knowledge sharing and team development.
In addition, this role collaborates with members of the CX/UX Solution Services team, either as a project contributor or project lead, to support the implementation of new Contact Center solutions. As part of the Solution Services team, the Training Specialist may also assist with additional responsibilities as needed to support service teams and evolving business needs.
