Job Family Group: Retail Group Job Description: The purpose of this hiring is to cover the communication and coordination role with COCO sites. This position is critical to ensure the effective management and alignment of key regulatory processes across the network. The role will support and coordinate activities such as ecological clean-ups, volume reporting, compliance training, and value collection, ensuring consistency and adherence to regulatory and operational standards at COCO locations. Key Responsibilities Communicate important weekly dates and deadlines to COCO sites to ensure timely execution of activities. Develop and distribute the PAC (Plan de Actividades de Cumplimiento) covering all regulatory requirements. Coordinate with key vendors involved in regulatory processes, including ecological clean-ups and value collection. Oversee the execution of ecological clean-up activities in alignment with regulatory standards. Coordinate value collection processes to ensure operational continuity and compliance. Manage the distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) to station staff. Ensure accurate and timely volume reporting in government platforms (OP), maintaining full compliance with regulatory obligations.
