Remote from Argentina | Full-time | Advanced English required
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, during U.S. business hours.
About the Client
Yaguareté Talent connects skilled professionals in Argentina with growing home care organizations in the United States. We build dedicated remote teams that help our partners strengthen their operations, improve internal processes, and provide consistent support across their organizations.
For this position, the selected candidate will work directly with Home Halo, a growing U.S.-based home care franchise organization.
About the role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Training Coordinator to help Home Halo transform operational information into polished, consistent, and easy-to-use resources for its franchise network.
The initial priority will be working with long-form playbooks, SOPs, manuals, and training documents—sometimes 90 pages or more. You will use approved Canva, Gamma, Google Workspace, or similar templates to apply Home Halo’s branding, improve layout and readability, check grammar and written quality, and prepare materials that are ready to share with new franchise owners.
This is not an advanced graphic-design position, and you will not be expected to create the core operational content from scratch. We are looking for someone who can take existing content and make it accurate, professional, visually consistent, and human—without changing its meaning.
As the franchise network grows, the role will expand into organizing the Franchise Portal in Google Drive, supporting role-based training in Trainual, and providing operational and administrative support to Home Halo’s Franchise COO. The right person can grow into a trusted right hand who brings structure, follow-through, and strong technological judgment to a fast-growing operation.
What you’ll do
Initial priorities
- Format and update long-form playbooks, SOPs, manuals, presentations, templates, and training resources using approved brand templates.
- Apply logos, fonts, colors, headings, spacing, page structures, and other formatting standards consistently across documents.
- Improve visual hierarchy, readability, and usability while preserving the original meaning of the content.
- Proofread materials for grammar, spelling, clarity, consistency, and language that sounds natural rather than overly AI-generated.
- Perform detailed quality-control reviews before materials are shared with franchise owners and other stakeholders.
- Work primarily in Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Slides, Canva, Gamma, or similar tools.
- Organize the Franchise Portal in Google Drive, including folder structures, file names, versions, templates, and approved resources.
- Track revisions, approvals, priorities, deadlines, and outstanding information.
As the role grows
- Upload, organize, and maintain training content in Trainual or another learning management system.
- Configure role-based training paths and assign the correct materials to different audiences, including franchise staff and caregivers.
- Support the operational setup and coordination of franchise training programs.
- Coordinate information and revisions with leaders and subject-matter experts.
- Prepare meeting notes, action items, status updates, and follow-ups.
- Help manage the Franchise COO’s calendar and training-related priorities.
- Provide reliable administrative and operational support as Home Halo expands its franchise network.
What we’re looking for
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in training coordination, documentation, operations, administrative or executive support, learning and development, internal communications, content production, project coordination, or a related area.
- Advanced spoken and written English—C1 level or higher is required.
- Professional experience creating, formatting, or improving documents, presentations, manuals, SOPs, playbooks, training materials, or other internal resources.
- Hands-on experience using Canva, Gamma, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or a similar tool with templates and brand guidelines.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
- Excellent proofreading skills and close attention to grammar, formatting, consistency, and detail.
- The ability to work carefully with long and sometimes imperfect source documents without losing or distorting important information.
- Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through across multiple revisions, files, and deadlines.
- Clear, professional communication and the confidence to ask questions when information or instructions are incomplete.
- Strong technological aptitude and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- The ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and use good judgment with limited supervision.
- Availability to work full-time during the required U.S. business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with Trainual or another learning management system.
- Experience with a CRM, ERP, ATS, project-management platform, or another configurable business system.
- Experience working with U.S.-based or international teams.
- Experience organizing knowledge bases, shared drives, document libraries, or portals.
- Experience supporting an executive or senior operations leader.
- Experience creating onboarding, orientation, or role-based training resources.
- Coursework or professional experience related to graphic design, marketing, visual communication, editing, or content production.
- Previous exposure to franchise, healthcare, home care, or multi-location organizations.
Work arrangement
- Fully remote from Argentina.
- Full-time independent-contractor position.
- Schedule aligned with U.S. business hours.
- Monthly compensation of USD 900–1,200, based on experience and demonstrated skills.
- Compensation paid biweekly in U.S. dollars.
