MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To provide implementation support on systems and processes during the Core Systems Replacement project while ensuring effective knowledge transfer and user competence. Additionally, to develop and assess system and process learning support material and facilitate learning interventions. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Analyse learning and development needs Design and implement learning support material Facilitate and assess learning processes Provide system and process support REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12 DESIRED EDUCATION: Certificate in instructional design or training REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE 3 - 5 years’ work experience in a business processes environment within a hospital or healthcare setting, specifically as a Credit Controller DE SIRED EXPERIENCE: Work experience in the Patient Administration environment Background in the development of training material and facilitation REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Relevant business process policies and procedures Computer systems and software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office Packages) Formatting and styling of learning support material All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
