Who this is for: You are a top performing CSM/CSR at your company You have tried a business and it didn't work out You are extremely detail oriented You are constantly looking to grow and improve You thrive in a fast paced work environment What we offer you: Daily Training Skill Development (real estate, business, marketing, etc) Performance based growth Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses What we expect from you: Responsibilities: High work ethic (Monday-Saturday) Follow our proven processes Meet with your manager/team daily Manage your pipeline & follow up properly Admin work for record keeping Be a team player Requirements: 6 months+ experience in an customer service role OR sold products for your own business Self sufficient and able to manage your time Basic understanding of real estate processes and contracts Exceptional over the phone (requirement) Excellent communication skills Compensation: $2,000 monthly salary $500 per closed transaction (OTE $2,500-5,000 monthly) Performance bonuses and incentives Location: Remote CHV Core Values: Our core values are the backbone of the company.
