What You'll do: - Support the client's Transaction Operations unit in the administration and execution of financial transactions. - Manage and monitor cash flows, ensuring timely and accurate processing and reconciliation. - Perform Private Equity (PE) administration activities, including transaction support and financial record maintenance. - Contribute to financial administration, securities, and mandate management processes while ensuring compliance with internal procedures. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality operational support. - Analyse financial data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve operational issues efficiently. - Prioritise multiple activities and deliver accurate results within tight deadlines. - Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Prepare reports and documentation to support transaction operations and financial controls. Who You Are: - University degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in financial administration, financial securities, mandate administration, finance, audit, or similar financial operations. - Proven experience in cash flow management and Private Equity (PE) administration. - Strong knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and financial operations. - Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional EU languages is an advantage. - Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines. - Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. - Analytical mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborative team player with a strong client-service orientation.
