We are now inviting passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as a
Transfer Agency Executive.
In this role, your
main responsibilities
will be:
Review and verify trade instructions eg. Subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches
Update investor details and transactions into the transfer agency system.
Review Know Your Client (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) and due diligence documentation of investors for accuracy and completeness.
Review information for FATCA and CRS.
Liaise with investors and investment managers.
Attend to and ensure timely responses to Fund Managers and Investors’ queries.
Review and provide operational comments on Operational Memorandum of the Funds, ensuring clarity and compliance.
Perform walk-throughs with new clients on transfer agency procedures and service deliverables before the start of the Fund’s initial launch.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational, time management, planning and co-ordination skills.
Diligent and meticulous with an eye for detail.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and strong commitment to excellence.
Polytechnic or University degree holder.
