Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a Scrum Master who combines Agile expertise with consulting maturity.
fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
+5 years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Consultant
Experience working in Financial Services (banking, insurance, payments, asset management)
Strong understanding of Scrum and practical Agile delivery
Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe) is a strong asset
Experience in complex or regulated environments
Ability to challenge teams constructively and drive continuous improvement
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
What will you do?
As Scrum Master, you operate at the intersection of delivery, coaching, and transformation within a regulated FSI context.
Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within transformation initiatives
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and mindset
Identify and remove impediments to support flow, quality, and predictability
Support Agile planning, dependencies, and coordination in scaled environments
Ensure Agile delivery aligns with governance, risk, and compliance requirements
Foster collaboration between business, IT, risk, and compliance stakeholders
Contribute to Projective Group’s Agile knowledge base and delivery practices
