About the Role: Job Title: Transformation Delivery Manager Function: PMO Location: Glenrothes (Hybrid, 3 days a week on site) Clearance Required: SC Eligible Duration: Fixed Term Contract (12 months) Hours: Full time – 37 hours per week with early Friday finish We are seeking a mid-senior level Transformation Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of key transformation initiatives across the organisation. This is a hands-on delivery role, rather than an executive position, suited to an experienced project or programme professional with a proven track record of managing complex change initiatives and driving outcomes across multiple business functions. Reporting to the IBP Lead, you will manage projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and benefits. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will lead transformation projects including process redesign, system implementations, operating model changes, and governance improvements, while ensuring compliance with the Raytheon Enterprise Project Management (REPM) framework. The role is a key part of the OneRTX Process & Systems Transformation (PST) programme, supporting UK readiness activities for a major ERP deployment planned for 2029. You will be responsible for delivering critical projects within the UK transformation portfolio, helping ensure the business can successfully integrate with and maximise the benefits of standardised global systems and processes. Responsibilities Take full accountability for the delivery of assigned transformation initiatives, from mobilisation through to implementation and handover. Develop and maintain robust project plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, benefits, and resource requirements. Lead cross‑functional project teams, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and delivery against agreed objectives. Manage project governance, reporting, and assurance in line with organisational project management frameworks and standards. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks, escalating issues where required to ensure momentum and outcomes are protected. Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across operational, functional, and leadership teams. Support transformation initiatives such as process standardisation, system implementation, operating model redesign, and capability uplift. Ensure change impacts are understood and managed, working with stakeholders to support adoption and sustainability of delivered outcomes. Prepare and present clear, concise updates for senior stakeholders, steering committees, or programme boards. Essential Proven experience delivering complex transformation, business change, or project initiatives end-to-end. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Experience delivering process, systems, or operating model change within a structured environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels. Self-motivated and delivery-focused, with the ability to work independently and gain SC Clearance. Desirable Project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent). Experience supporting ERP, digital, or enterprise-wide transformation programmes. Background within manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defence, technology, or other complex industries. Experience working within regulated environments and formal governance frameworks.
