Transformation Lead 🚀 Transformation Lead 💼 We are seeking an experienced Transformation Lead to support the execution of a portfolio of digital transformation initiatives within a fast-paced commercial operations environment. 🎯 The role focuses on translating strategic priorities into tangible business outcomes, driving structured delivery, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of new ways of working across the organisation. This is a hands-on digital delivery role, operating at the intersection of business, technology, and transformation programmes. 🔗 📋 Key Responsibilities 1. Transformation Delivery 👉 Execute a portfolio of prioritised digital transformation initiatives 👉 Translate strategic objectives into structured deliverables and measurable outcomes 👉 Track delivery progress, risks, and dependencies 2. Project / Product Leadership 👉 Act as business-facing product owner for key initiatives 👉 Define scope, prioritise backlog, and guide delivery teams 👉 Support end-to-end delivery (design, build, testing, implementation) 3. Stakeholder Management 🤝 👉 Act as an interface between regional business teams and delivery stakeholders 👉 Align on priorities, scope, and sequencing of initiatives 👉 Facilitate decision-making and resolve delivery challenges 4. Business–Technology Collaboration 👉 Enable strong collaboration between business and technology teams 👉 Ensure initiatives are driven by business needs and value outcomes 5. Continuous Improvement & Simplification ⚙️ 👉 Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and operational complexity 👉 Drive improvements in efficiency, scalability, and productivity 6. Change & Adoption 👉 Support implementation and embedding of new processes and solutions 👉 Engage stakeholders to ensure adoption and sustained outcomes ✅ Required Experience & Skills 🔹 Proven experience in digital transformation delivery, project management, and operational improvement 🔹 Strong stakeholder management across business and technology domains 🔹 Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments in Trading or Supply Chain 🚛 🔹 Experience in Agile and structured project delivery methodologies 🔹 Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive outcomes independently 🔹 Advantageous: experience with Kinaxis (Maestro), REACT, Azure ☁️ 📩 Ready to drive meaningful digital transformation?
