Salary: CAD $90,000–$120,000 + Bonus (depending on experience)

About the Team

The Business AI Transformation Team works directly with General Managers and leadership teams to help software businesses navigate AI adoption and broader transformation. We lead initiatives spanning AI, product innovation, pricing, go-to-market strategy, operating model design, and business improvement, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Transformation Specialist with a consulting, strategy, business operations, or technology background to help drive high-impact transformation initiatives across a portfolio of software businesses. You'll work with senior leaders to solve complex business challenges and deliver strategic change in fast-paced, evolving environments.

What You'll Do

• Support AI and business transformation initiatives across multiple software businesses.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
• Coordinate strategic projects from planning through execution.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Conduct market research, business analysis, and develop executive presentations.
• Bridge business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive initiatives independently in fast-changing environments.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Bachelor's degree ideally in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–6 years' experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, transformation, or technology.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Preferred

• Experience in software, SaaS, or technology businesses.
• Exposure to AI, digital transformation, or organisational change.
• Experience with product strategy, pricing, go-to-market, or operational improvement.
