Are you organised, accurate and eager to build your experience in transport planning and logistics? At e-llis Supply Chain Solutions, we are looking for a Junior Transport Planner to join our Control Tower Operations team in Maastricht.

About the Role

In this role, you will support the day-to-day planning and follow-up of transports, process shipment requests, keep information accurate and help ensure that customers, carriers and internal teams receive timely updates. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop in the role.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the daily planning and monitoring of transports.

· Process shipment requests and keep planning information accurate and up to date.

· Follow up on standard delivery issues, delays and transport updates.

· Communicate clearly with customers, carriers and colleagues about shipment status.

· Help collect information for KPI reporting and performance follow-up.

· Flag recurring issues or improvement ideas to senior colleagues or the team leader.

Your Profile

· Some first experience in supply chain, transport, logistics or customer service is useful.

· MBO to Bachelor level education, or equivalent practical experience.

· Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.

· Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with a TMS is nice to have.

· Strong written and spoken English (NOT NEGOTIABLE)

Additional language proficiency: Croatian, Serbian or Italian.

· Resident of Maastricht or surrounding areas and has the necessary work permits
