As a Transportation Compliance Specialist, you will encounter exciting challenges in this role:
-Ensure carrier compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal company requirements to minimize operational risk and maintain service continuity.
-Review and validate carrier documentation, including insurance certificates, operating authorities, and other critical compliance records.
-Monitor carrier performance, safety records, and compliance history to evaluate reliability and identify potential risks.
-Track key renewal dates and expiration deadlines, ensuring carriers maintain active and up-to-date documentation.
-Investigate compliance issues and support corrective action plans when required.
-Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Strategic Partnerships teams to provide guidance regarding carrier approvals and profile annotations.
-Maintain accurate carrier records and ensure compliance data is properly documented and updated across internal systems.
-Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening carrier qualification and compliance processes.
-Support the company in building and maintaining a reliable, compliant, and high-performing carrier network.
To be outstanding in this role, the following factors will contribute to your success:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, Transportation Management, or related fields.
-At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Transportation, Logistics, FTL operations, OTR operations, Dispatching, or related roles.
-Strong understanding of carrier operations and transportation documentation.
-Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or equivalent), both written and verbal.
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage compliance-related processes.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
-Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
