About the Role TaskForce is seeking a highly organized and proactive Travel Coordinator & Creator Liaison to support a national Creator tour focused on college tailgates in key markets throughout October 2026. This contract role will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel logistics for participating creators and supporting clear, timely communication throughout the tour. The ideal candidate has hands-on travel desk experience and is comfortable managing complex, fast-moving travel needs across multiple markets and travelers. This person will work closely with the TaskForce production team and creators to coordinate flights, hotel accommodations and blocks, ground transportation, itineraries, and other travel-related logistics. They should be detail-oriented, responsive, resourceful, and comfortable troubleshooting issues as they arise. This is a full-time contract position (Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm ET) beginning ASAP and continuing through mid-November 2026. Key Responsibilities Manage all travel coordination for creators participating in the college tailgate tour, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel-related logistics Source, negotiate, book, and manage hotel accommodations and hotel blocks across multiple markets Coordinate and book on-the-ground transportation, including airport transfers and local transportation as needed Build and maintain detailed travel itineraries and distribute relevant information to creators and internal teams Serve as a primary point of contact for creators regarding travel plans, schedules, and logistical questions Collect and manage traveler information, preferences, schedules, and other details necessary to facilitate seamless travel Communicate travel updates, changes, confirmations, and important deadlines clearly and promptly Monitor travel plans and proactively troubleshoot delays, cancellations, scheduling conflicts, and other issues as they arise Coordinate closely with the TaskForce production team to ensure travel schedules align with event timelines and production needs Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, travel expenses, and other relevant documentation Track travel costs and provide regular updates to the production team to support budget management Support additional creator hospitality and logistics needs leading up to and during event weekends as needed Help ensure a smooth, organized, and positive experience for creators throughout the tour Must have previous experience working on a travel desk or in a dedicated travel coordination role, preferably supporting groups, talent, creators, executives, events, tours, or productions Demonstrated experience booking and managing hotel blocks and accommodations for multiple travelers Experience coordinating complex travel logistics, including flights, ground transportation, and changing itineraries Experience serving as a liaison or point of contact for talent, creators, clients, or other high-touch stakeholders is strongly preferred Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly across a range of stakeholders Ability to manage multiple travelers, deadlines, markets, and competing priorities simultaneously Calm, resourceful, and solutions-oriented under pressure, with the ability to quickly troubleshoot travel issues Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment and adapting to changing schedules and needs Proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheets; familiarity with travel booking and expense management tools is a plus Availability to work full time throughout September & October (with project wrap in early November), including occasional evenings and weekends surrounding event dates as needed Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: Through mid-November 2026 Travel: US based travel to events required Compensation: $7,500–$9,000 per month, commensurate with experience Location: NY based is preferred but open to remote candidates. NY candidates have the option to work from our Brooklyn office Tuesday-Thursday
