Leisure Life Travel is hiring remote Customer Service Representatives near Denver, Colorado to help clients plan and book cruises, resorts, and vacation packages - all from home. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
**Responsibilities**
In this role, you'll help clients plan and book travel experiences such as cruises, resort stays, and vacation packages, while sharing accurate, up-to-date information on destinations, pricing, and options.
You'll manage reservations and follow up with clients before, during, and after their trip, respond to questions by phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner, and keep organized records of bookings and client communication.
**Qualifications**
Strong communication and customer service skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests at once. Candidates should have basic computer skills and reliable home internet access. A genuine interest in travel and hospitality is a plus.
**Preferred Experience**
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel planning is a plus but not required - training is provided for qualified candidates.
**Compensation**
Part-time pay typically ranges from $1,250 to $2,550,
Full-time pay ranges from $3,000 to $6,500
Additional incentives, bonuses, and travel discounts may also be available.
This is a commission-based role, so earnings depend on bookings completed and client volume.
**Work Environment**
This is a 100% remote position with flexible hours. Success in this role depends on self-motivation and consistent client communication.
