What You'll Do As a Travel Healthcare Recruiter, you'll: Recruit and build relationships with travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals. Develop and maintain your own book of business. Prospect, cold call, text, and engage candidates daily. Match clinicians with travel assignments nationwide. Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process. Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat placements.
