What we need you to tackle

We’re looking for a highly organized travel operations professional with at least 3 years of experience in project management, logistics, reservations, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, communicates clearly, negotiates confidently, and works with strong attention to detail and customer focus. Travel industry experience is a plus, but practical operational execution and results-driven ownership matter most.

Your day-to-day

• Coordinate travel logistics, bookings, reservations, and itinerary execution.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including sourcing and negotiations.
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency across projects.
• Track KPIs, prepare reporting, and improve processes continuously.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Nice to haves

• Define and instrument operational KPIs (e.g., on-time rate, NPS, error rate, cost/guest), build dashboards, and run improvement loops to raise efficiency and quality.
• Structure updates, align decisions, and manage escalations across internal teams and external partners to keep execution coordinated and predictable.
