Date: Jul 23, 2026 Location: Start your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global team Travel Technology Product Specialist Remote Full time, India, Costa Rica In this role you will gather, analyze, and define requirements to assist development or configuration of solutions to increase agent productivity and decrease errors. As an Travel Technology Product Specialist, you will Analyze Solutions by Meeting with operations and key contacts Determining if the request conflicts with existing standards Performing GDS hit/scan evaluation for the desired solution Creating detailed requirements for development or configuration Providing development team with requirements in JIRAs format Assisting with elements required for design and programming (i.e.: PNRs, profiles) Meeting with designers and developers to ensure design understanding Schedule and manage deliverables to fulfill project scope by Evaluating requirements for given requests and assisting with timeline and priority Articulating opportunities and risks Facilitating involvement of other BCD Travel departments to achieve goals Focus on Documentation, including Assisting in maintaining confluence or process flows where needed Assisting in documenting solutions in release notes Proactive review and update of product roadmap, project plan, and business case Participating in logs for project work Maintain an advanced understanding of all GDS and BCD Travel technology products to ensure proper processes can be developed and implemented. This includes Establishing a proactive approach to addressing and solving customer challenges at the point of sale, including offering alternate solutions Expanding your understanding and support of robotic applications in addition to the point-of-sale applications Maintain an advanced understanding of Configuration Manager by participating in the configuration of account, market, and general application updates where needed for the developed or configured solutions for point of sale and robotic applications About you Strong problem-solving and process reengineering skills Ability to handle medium and high-risk projects/accounts Extensive travel reservations & process experience Good command of English Experience working with GDS Amadeus Programming experience using GDS Some knowledge of SQL is highly preferred What we offer you At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
