About the Role: We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of the Treasury & Cash Management function. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of cash management activities, including payment processing, cash positioning, bank account reconciliation, treasury accounting, and treasury system administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in managing responsibilities. You'll work closely with the Treasury Manager and banking partners to support efficient treasury operations while maintaining strong controls, accuracy, and accountability. What You’ll Do: Cash Management & Payment Operations Execute daily payment processing activities accurately and on schedule Process daily funding transactions and support cash positioning activities Assist with preparation and maintenance of the daily cash report and balancing processes Monitor cash activity and escalate exceptions or issues as needed Treasury Accounting & Reconciliation Perform bank account and statement reconciliations Prepare and post treasury-related accounting entries Classify and record intercompany transfers accurately Support the integrity and accuracy of treasury-related financial records Treasury Systems & Reporting Set up, maintain, and administer the treasury management system (Kyriba) Generate and distribute recurring monthly treasury reports Support treasury data management and reporting needs Identify opportunities to improve system utilization and operational efficiency Banking & Operational Support Partner with banking institutions on operational requests and account-related activities Coordinate resolution of banking issues, inquiries, and service requests Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support treasury operations Risk Management & Controls Self-review work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures Follow documented processes and controls with a high degree of consistency Proactively communicate risks, blockers, discrepancies, and questions to management Support a strong control environment through disciplined execution and follow-through What You’ll Bring: Required Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow documented procedures and maintain strong operational controls Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Prior experience in treasury, cash management, accounting, banking operations, or related financial functions Experience working with treasury management systems such as Kyriba Familiarity with cash positioning, reconciliations, and treasury accounting processes Core Competencies: Treasury Operations & Cash Management: Demonstrates a strong understanding of cash management activities, payment processing, reconciliations, and treasury operations.
