Treasury and Cash Collection Intern (1 year Internship)

We are looking for a motivated and energetic intern to join our Cash Collection and Treasury team. The role will focus mainly on cash collection, around 90% of the internship . Cash management tasks will represent around 10% and will be introduced gradually once the intern understands our processes, clients, and business environment. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced ad tech environment. The intern will work closely with clients, Sales, and Finance teams to follow up on payments, reconcile accounts, and support process improvement projects, including AI and automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Cash Collection, 90% Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients Communicate with clients, Sales, and internal teams by email and phone Help resolve payment issues and disputes Prepare aging reports and analyze overdue accounts Reconcile old accounts and identify discrepancies Keep accurate records of collection actions Support escalation when needed Contribute to process improvement and AI-related projects Cash Management, 10% Cash management responsibilities will be introduced progressively and may include: Supporting cash reporting Helping with bank reconciliations Assisting with cash allocation Participating in treasury projects Who You Are: Fast learner with good energy and a proactive mindset Comfortable speaking with clients and internal stakeholders Previous client service experience is a plus Not afraid of direct conversations or confrontation when needed Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented Interested in AI, automation, and improving ways of working Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Good communication skills in French and English What You Will Gain: Hands-on experience in cash collection, credit risk, and treasury Exposure to the ad tech and marketing industry Experience working with clients, Sales, and Finance teams Opportunity to contribute to AI and process improvement projects 👋 About us Equativ , a leading independent ad platform, brings scale and simplicity to digital advertising.
