About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Treasury Clearing & Operations Executive to join our Treasury team. You will be responsible for the daily execution of fiat and digital asset settlements, treasury operations, reconciliations, and liquidity management, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, securely, and within service level agreements.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fintech or digital asset environment and enjoys solving operational challenges while continuously improving processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily fiat and digital asset settlement activities.
• Process treasury payments, wallet transfers, and exchange transactions.
• Perform daily reconciliations across bank accounts, exchanges, custodians, and blockchain wallets.
• Monitor treasury balances and support liquidity management.
• Investigate and resolve settlement or reconciliation exceptions.
• Work closely with Finance, Compliance, Product, Banking Partners, and Custodians to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, maker-checker procedures, and operational policies.
• Support treasury process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Banking Operations, Payments, Financial Operations, or FinTech.
• Experience in digital assets, blockchain, or cryptocurrency is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL or data analytics tools is a plus.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
