The Treasury Finance Supervisor oversees the day-to-day treasury operations and leads a small team of Treasury Finance Specialists. This role reports to the Treasury Finance Manager. The Treasury Finance Supervisor is a highly organized, process driven, energetic leader, who is responsible for daily transactions and financial reporting. This is a hybrid position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises a growing team while being a hands-on producer who leads by example Responsible for tracking and managing daily transactions Provides guidance and training to the Treasury Finance Team Responsible for documenting and maintaining all procedures relating to Treasury Finance Reviews and approves treasury transactions within authority limits Enforces and upholds treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls Assists with both internal and external audit requests Works closely with all departments in both accounting and operational capacity Works closely with customers, providers, and claimants Performs analysis on various areas of the department to ensure compliance, accuracy, and identify opportunities for process improvements Additional duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to professionally interact with our customers, providers, and claimants Detail-orientation with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong supervisory and leadership skills Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate Excellent process management skills, including process creation and process documentation Ability to work on several concurrent tasks and prioritize workload to meet daily accounting deadlines Ability to analyze and interpret financial data Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree preferred Banking or finance experience preferred 1-3 years in a leadership role strongly preferred PAY RANGE CorVel uses a market-based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time. For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
