Title of position: Treasury Management Operations Specialist (TMOps Specialist) Position type: Full Time Pay Range : $70,000 - $95,000 Division: Operations Work Location Type: Hybrid Location: San Jose, CA Job Summary: The TMOps is responsible for supporting the daily operations, servicing, implementation and maintenance of treasury management products and services for commercial and business banking clients. This role ensures accurate processing, regulatory compliance and client support for treasury solutions, which includes Online Banking, ACH, Wire Transfers, Positive Pay, Account Analysis and Remote Deposit Capture. Key Responsibilities: Support the setup, maintenance and servicing of treasury management products and services Investigate and resolve client inquiries, operational issues, exceptions and service requests Assist in coordination of implementations and onboarding activities for new treasury management clients Review daily operational reports and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner. Collaborate with Treasury Management Sales team and Relationship Managers to support client needs Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and client experience Maintain accurate documentation, procedures and client records Assist with system testing, product enhancements and special projects as needed Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of treasury management services Qualifications and Skills: Two or more years treasury management experience and familiarity with deposit and treasury products to be offered to clients with considerable knowledge of how product work Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Solid client service experience Outstanding organizational skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with FIS (Horizon), Q2 Online Banking, Fedline Advantage, and wire automation application/tool preferred. Knowledge of Banking Regulations: Electronic Banking (Reg E) Deposit Regulations (Reg CC, D, DD) AML/BSA Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
