About The Role

Archer Wealth is an Australian non-bank lender. We're looking for a detail-obsessed *Treasury & Reconciliation Analyst* to make sure our numbers always match — across our loan management system, bank accounts, and portfolio reports. If you're the kind of person who can't rest until the last cent lines up, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do

• Reconcile loan and portfolio data (daily/weekly) across multiple systems — our loan management system, bank statements, and accounting records — and confirm everything matches.
• Investigate and document discrepancies ("breaks"): identify the cause and flag them clearly.
• Support month-end: loan balance checks, transaction matching (drawdowns, repayments, interest, fees), and arrears reviews.
• Help prepare and sanity-check portfolio and reporting data before it goes out.
• Maintain clean, well-organised reconciliation logs and working papers.
• Be a reliable second set of eyes — flag anything unusual promptly.
  
  

What we're looking for

• Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance (BS Accountancy or similar is a plus).
• Solid reconciliation experience — bank recs, ledger matching, or similar.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• *Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy — this is the #1 requirement.*
• Clear written English and good communication.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable handling confidential financial information with discretion.
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience in lending, loan servicing, banking, mortgages, or a finance BPO.
• Familiarity with Xero.
• Exposure to loan management systems or treasury / portfolio reporting.
