Treasury Specialist

Your Mission Analyze existing treasury processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation Gather, document, and prioritize business and operational requirements Map current workflows and design more efficient future-state processes Work closely with Treasury, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to implement process improvements Prepare clear documentation, process descriptions, and business requirements Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and trends Support automation initiatives by translating business needs into actionable requirements Participate in testing new functionality and validating implemented solutions Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and suggest further optimizations Support the Treasury Lead with process-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives What Makes You a Great Fit 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Treasury Analyst, or in a similar analytical role Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex operational processes Experience working with large datasets and drawing meaningful conclusions Ability to document business requirements, workflows, and process documentation clearly Strong communication skills and the ability to gather requirements from different stakeholders Experience conducting interviews, workshops, or discovery sessions with business teams Excellent attention to detail and structured approach to problem-solving Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from analysis to implementation Good level of English and fluent Russian Why You'll Love It Here Meaningful Impact : a chance to make a real impact by contributing directly to the growth of a leading fintech company in the payments space!
