You’ll play a key role in maintaining the organization’s financial stability by optimizing cash flows, coordinating with banks and internal stakeholders, and delivering accurate treasury reporting. Get a full overview at: Careers - Iptor YOUR HELP AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO OUR JOURNEY Own daily cash management, monitor cash positions, and ensure adequate liquidity. Prepare cash flow forecasts and support liquidity planning. Process and monitor domestic and international payments and post bank statements. Manage bank accounts, banking documentation, and day-to-day banking activities. Support banking relationships and ensure compliance with bank agreements and internal policies. Prepare treasury reports, cash position reports, and liquidity analyses. Monitor outstanding transactions and follow up on required actions. Own and oversee debt collection activities. Monitor compliance with treasury policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate treasury records, documentation, and banking system information. Support treasury activities during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end. Collaborate with Accounting, AP, AR, Tax, and Finance teams to ensure effective cash management. Identify and implement improvements to treasury processes, controls, reporting, and efficiency. Use Excel and other tools to streamline treasury analysis and processes. YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD IF YOU HAVE To be both successful and motivated in this role, we think you recognize yourself in some (or all) of the below: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Previous experience in a treasury, cash management, or similar finance role. Strong understanding of daily cash management, liquidity planning, payments, and banking operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret cash flow and treasury data. Advanced Excel skills and an interest in using technology to streamline financial processes. Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to managing financial transactions and deadlines. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement within established policies and controls. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance and other business functions. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with periodic time pressure around payment cycles and reporting deadlines. High level of integrity, accountability, confidentiality, and professional conduct. English language proficiency (required).
