Job Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented
MLS Input Specialist
to manage property listings on various MLS platforms with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. The role involves inputting and updating property details, verifying data for accuracy, and mastering multiple MLS interfaces. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, data entry skills, and strong time management abilities to handle high volumes of tasks while maintaining a 99% accuracy rate.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Input & Accuracy: Accurately input and update property listings into the MLS, ensuring all details are correct, complete, and consistent. This includes property descriptions, pricing, photos, square footage, and other critical property information.
Review & Verify Listings: Thoroughly check and verify the accuracy of existing listings, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with MLS standards.
Listing Updates & Modifications: Modify and update existing MLS listings based on new information, requests, or market changes. Ensure updates are reflected across all relevant MLS accounts.
MLS Interface Mastery: Learn and become fluent in multiple MLS systems, understanding each platform's unique interface, requirements, and nuances.
Quality Control: Perform regular audits of MLS data to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring the highest level of input accuracy and consistency across all listings.
Report & Request Handling: Review reports, tapes, and requests to create new listings or make changes to existing listings, and ensure the accuracy of these updates. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the real estate team, agents, and other departments to gather necessary information for listing creation or modification. Provide feedback on process improvements and ensure smooth communication regarding listing requirements.
Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all MLS and real estate industry regulations and standards.

MLS Experience
:
Previous experience with MLS platforms or similar data entry systems is a plus, but not required. Must be able to quickly learn different MLS systems and adapt to their unique interfaces.
Data Entry Skills:
Fast and accurate typing skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify issues in listings, resolve discrepancies, and take initiative to ensure data integrity.
Time Management
: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle large volumes of data input efficiently.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members, agents, and other stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in using computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and basic software tools. Familiarity with real estate-related software is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
Committed to a 40-hour workweek.
Flexibility to work in U.S. time zones, Monday to Friday.
Able to maintain a distraction-free home office setup.
Possess a laptop/desktop meeting minimum specifications: 8GB RAM, i5 operating system.
Dual monitor is a plus
Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 15 MBPS).
