Your Mission
Gaming Content Moderation
- Review gaming-related user content according to established policies and safety standards.
- Identify content that violates community guidelines or platform rules.
- Make accurate and consistent moderation decisions.
Trust & Safety Operations
- Help maintain a safe and positive environment for players.
- Identify harmful, inappropriate, misleading, or policy-violating content.
- Apply Trust & Safety procedures consistently across different cases.
Risk Identification & Escalation
- Recognize potentially high-risk or sensitive situations.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
- Follow established procedures when handling challenging content.
Quality & Documentation
- Keep accurate records of moderation decisions and activities.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Contribute to a reliable and compliant moderation process.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues and internal stakeholders.
- Share information and follow team procedures.

What We're Looking For
Language Skills
- Estonian: fluent / C1 level or above
- English: good working proficiency
- Comfortable communicating professionally in both languages.

Training & Onboarding
You'll receive 2 weeks of structured training before fully taking on your responsibilities.
The training will help you understand:
- Gaming and platform policies
- Trust & Safety procedures
- Content moderation standards
- Internal tools and workflows
- Quality and performance expectations
- Escalation procedures
No previous Trust & Safety experience is necessarily required — what matters is your language ability, judgment, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Working Hours
The project operates Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 22:00.
- Rotational shifts
- 5 working days per week
- 2 days off according to the schedule
- Full-time position
Your exact shift pattern will be communicated during the recruitment process.
Relocation Package
Although the role is remote from Bulgaria, relocation support is available if you are moving to Bulgaria for the position:
- €1,500 gross relocation bonus, paid in 2 instalments
- 21 days of company-provided accommodation upon arrival
- Assistance with finding long-term accommodation
- Support with the relocation process
