Tutor for MD Students

Salary/Position Classification $20.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime) 5-12 hours per week 100% Remote Work Availability: Yes Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): Yes Purpose of Position This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position. Will provide academic tutoring to medical school students. Duties & Responsibilities Provide tutoring for students in the medical doctor program Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and hours worked Required Competencies Must have the integrity to maintain confidentiality Reliable Courteous Ability to work cooperatively with others as a member of a team Attentive to detail Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities Excellent communication skills Minimum Requirements General computer skills Demonstrated knowledge in one or more of the following subject areas: Human Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, Microbiology & Immunology, Biochemistry, Neuroscience, Histology and Medical Terminology Demonstrate good study skills and work habits Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
