About Educato Educato is a YC-backed AI exam-prep company helping students study more effectively through personalized learning plans, practice questions, mock exams, and AI tutoring. We are building a creator-led growth engine market by market. We’re looking for someone to own our UGC creator program in Turkey. About the role You will own the day-to-day operation of Educato’s UGC program in Turkey. Your job is to find promising Turkish creators, recruit and onboard them, get their content live, manage their campaigns, and identify which creators and formats perform best. You will work closely with Educato’s global growth and creative teams. We will provide proven formats, scripts, creative direction, tools, and campaign infrastructure. You will adapt them to Turkish culture, communicate them clearly to creators, and ensure strong execution.What you’ll do What you’ll do Find and recruit Turkish creators on TikTok and Instagram. Negotiate rates, onboard creators, and manage campaigns. Review content and give fast, clear feedback. Keep creators, deadlines, deliverables, and payments organized. You’re a great fit if You’re a native Turkish speaker with strong English. You’re organized and communicate well. You get things done without needing lots of direction.
