We are a fast-growing jewelry brand selling primarily in the US. Our mission is to create meaningful, premium jewelry while producing exceptional UGC that drives views, generates sales, and authentically reflects our brand’s voice and aesthetic.
We’re looking for a full-time UGC & Influencer Manager to take ownership of our creator program from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
As our UGC & Influencer Manager, you’ll own the entire creator pipeline.
Your Responsibilities Include
Find and recruit new UGC creators and influencers every day.
Reach out through Instagram, TikTok, email , and other channels.
Build relationships with creators and negotiate collaborations.
Coordinate product shipments with our team.
Send clear creative briefs and campaign instructions.
Follow up consistently to ensure content is delivered on time.
Review submitted videos and request revisions when necessary.
Organize all creator communication and campaign tracking.
Build a reliable network of high-performing creators for long-term partnerships.
Constantly improve our outreach process and creator database.
What We’re Looking For

Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
A great written communicator in English.
Comfortable managing dozens of conversations simultaneously.
Persistent with follow-ups.
Proactive and able to solve problems independently.
Reliable and accountable.
Experient social media, UGC, and influencer marketing
Requirements
Fluent written and spoken English.
Previous experience with influencer outreach, UGC sourcing, customer success, partnerships, or account management is preferred.
Experience using Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, or similar tools.
Full-time availability.
Bonus Points
Experience working with fashion or jewelry brands
Experience managing influencer campaigns.
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Meta advertising.
