📋 Role Overview

As a UGC Manager at TAS Digital, you'll own the creator process end to end. Working hand in hand with our creative strategy team, you'll turn concepts into fully briefed, well-managed creator productions—finding the right creators, shortlisting them, briefing and communicating the concepts, and managing everything through to approved, on-brief deliverables. You'll work primarily inside Insense, our main creator sourcing and management platform, and you'll be the single point of accountability for keeping every creator production moving.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Source creators who fit each client, product, and concept—primarily through Insense (around 80-90% of sourcing), and outside the platform when a brief calls for a specific look, niche, or profile (the remaining 10-20%).
• Build shortlists and review them together with the assigned creative strategist to align on the best fit before booking.
• Translate each concept into clear, actionable creator briefs so creators know exactly what to film—hooks, angles, talking points, shot requirements, and deliverables.
• Manage the full creator relationship: communicate the brief, answer questions, keep creators on timeline, and make sure they deliver what the concept needs.
• Coordinate reviews with the creative team, send clear and constructive feedback and revision requests, and see each piece through to a finished, approved deliverable.
• Own the process end to end: finding → shortlisting → briefing → communicating → reviewing → delivery.
• Keep multiple briefs, creators, and deadlines moving simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet TAS Digital's high standards.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years experience managing UGC creators, influencers, or a creator/production pipeline—ideally in an agency, brand, or performance-marketing environment.
• Hands-on experience with Insense (or a comparable creator sourcing/management platform such as Billo, Instagram, TIktok, FIverr, Upwork, etc..).
• A working understanding of creative strategy for paid social—you know what a concept, hook, and angle are, and what makes a UGC ad perform, not just what looks nice.
• Strong brief-writing skills: you can take a strategist's concept and turn it into a brief a creator can execute without a dozen follow-up questions.
• An eye for creator fit—you can look at a creator's profile and content and judge whether they're right for a given brand, product, and concept.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and keep both creators and strategists aligned and on schedule.
• Highly organised and self-directed—you keep every production moving without being chased.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience finding creators manually—not only through platforms like Insense, but also via social media (direct outreach, social discovery) and marketplaces such as Fiverr and Upwork.
• Preferably has worked in an agency environment.
