We're seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic Marketing Agency. This position is a remote, full-time opportunity with a standard workweek of 45 hours.
Key Responsibilities
Defining user prototypes, proto personas, or buyer personas to clarify the company's target market. These profiles should be specific and address both demographic and sociological aspects.
Determining the interaction model and validating its effectiveness.
Conducting user research and tests to identify behavioral patterns and key user values.
Designing prototypes or wireframes for products or websites to represent their structure.
Gaining a deep understanding of the product or website to better comprehend user reactions.
Integrating UX with UI, considering typography, colors, ergonomics, etc. The product should be visually appealing while fulfilling user needs.
Collaborating closely with the product development team.
Pursuing continuous optimization through usability tests and observing KPI behaviors.
Monitoring market trends and analyzing competitors' strategies and results.
Performing other tasks based on the client's needs.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
English proficiency at the C1 level
