UiPath Agentic Automation Expert

Your Role

As a Senior UiPath Automation Cloud & Agentic Automation Expert, you will be the go-to specialist for designing and delivering advanced enterprise automation solutions using the latest UiPath cloud capabilities.

You will bring deep, hands-on expertise across UiPath Automation Cloud, Agentic Automation, Maestro, Agent Builder, Studio Web, and IXP, helping our teams deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions that combine AI agents, robots, human activities, and LLM-powered decision support.

This is a high-impact, fully remote, opportunity for a specialist who has been working on the frontier of AI-powered automation since the platform's launch.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy advanced automation solutions using UiPath Automation Cloud.
• Build agent-based automation workflows using UiPath Agents, Agent Builder, and Studio Web.
• Model and orchestrate long-running business processes through UiPath Maestro, coordinating AI agents, robots, and human activities.
• Deliver intelligent document processing solutions using UiPath IXP for complex and unstructured documents.
• Integrate LLM-based capabilities into UiPath solutions, including prompt-driven logic, generative extraction, and AI-assisted decision flows.
• Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise governance and control requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into production-ready solutions.
• Contribute to SAFe Agile delivery activities, including Program Increment planning, cross-team coordination, and iterative delivery.
• Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and the adoption of automation best practices within the team.
• Contribute to the evolution of the automation strategy by leveraging the latest UiPath innovations.

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of hands-on UiPath development experience across enterprise automation initiatives.
• Proven project experience with UiPath Automation Cloud during the 2024-2026 period.
• Validated hands-on experience with UiPath Agentic Automation capabilities, including UiPath Agents and agentic orchestration patterns.
• Practical experience building and configuring AI agents using UiPath Agent Builder and Studio Web.
• Practical experience with UiPath Maestro for modeling and orchestrating processes involving AI agents, robots, and people.
• Practical experience with UiPath IXP for multimodal extraction and processing of complex and unstructured documents.
• Demonstrated use of LLM-based capabilities within UiPath solutions, including prompt-driven logic, generative extraction, or AI-assisted decision flows.
• Strong experience delivering automation solutions from design and development through testing, deployment, production support, and maintenance.
• Experience deploying and maintaining solutions in UiPath Automation Cloud, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Experience working within a SAFe Agile or comparable enterprise Agile delivery model.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, client-facing consulting, and documentation skills.
• Autonomous, hands-on, and passionate about emerging automation technologies.
• Strong spoken and written English.
