UiPath Development Team Lead

We're Hiring | UiPath Development Team Lead | LATAM (Remote) | US Eastern Time

Are you an experienced UiPath professional with strong technical leadership skills and a passion for delivering enterprise automation solutions? Join our team and lead a high-impact RPA program supporting a global retail client.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead the technical delivery of enterprise RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Queues, and Robots.

✅ Act as the primary client-facing technical lead during US Eastern Time business hours.

✅ Gather requirements, manage hypercare, troubleshoot production automations, and provide operational support.

✅ Mentor and guide a distributed development team while ensuring code quality and delivery excellence.

✅ Drive sprint planning, solution architecture, code reviews, and best practices.

✅ Support the client's automation roadmap, including future initiatives with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio).

Required Skills

✔️ 5+ years of RPA development experience.

✔️ 3+ years of hands-on UiPath development (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Queues).

✔️ Experience leading or mentoring development teams.

✔️ Strong client-facing experience with US stakeholders, including requirement gathering, hypercare, and production support.

✔️ Excellent English communication skills.

✔️ Availability to work US Eastern Time (New York) hours.

Nice to Have

⭐ UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (UiARD).

⭐ Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or Copilot Studio.

⭐ Retail or high-volume transaction industry experience.

⭐ Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools and hybrid nearshore/offshore delivery models.

🕒 Schedule: Full-time, aligned with US Eastern Time (New York)
