This role is ideal for a designer with a strong eye for visual storytelling, a deep understanding of Gen Z user behavior, and a passion for designing intuitive, mobile-first interfaces. You will be responsible for creating high-quality UI/UX designs for mobile applications and websites using Figma, with a focus on usability, aesthetics, and consistency. Working closely with product, engineering, and business teams, you will transform ideas into seamless digital experiences while building scalable design systems that support long-term product growth. Key Responsibilities Design intuitive, visually compelling user experiences for mobile and web applications with a mobile-first approach. Create high-fidelity user interfaces, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma. Develop engaging user journeys that balance usability, accessibility, and modern visual design. Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, reusable components, and style libraries. Design interactive elements, micro-interactions, and motion experiences that enhance user engagement. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into exceptional user experiences. Ensure design consistency across all digital touchpoints while maintaining brand identity and design standards. Continuously research emerging design trends, consumer behaviors, and UX best practices to drive product innovation. Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback, user insights, and business objectives. Deliver pixel-perfect design assets and documentation to support efficient implementation by development teams. What Makes You a Great Fit Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing modern consumer-facing digital products. Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Systems, and Interactive Prototyping. Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, wireframing, interaction design, and information architecture. Excellent visual design skills with expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and contemporary UI aesthetics. Experience designing mobile-first applications and responsive web interfaces. Ability to create bold, engaging, and intuitive user experiences tailored to modern consumer audiences, particularly Gen Z users. Strong experience building scalable design systems and reusable component libraries. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Experience designing products within D2C, e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, consumer technology, or social platforms is highly preferred. Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to balance innovation, usability, and business objectives.
