Requirements GENERAL Climate Collective is looking for a full-time UI/UX Designer - You can be located anywhere in India, as the position is remote. - T here will be some travel required for mandatory company retreats (every 4 months). SPECIFIC We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of UI/UX design experience Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop , HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite. A team player but can work independently too. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand objectives and user requirements for website portals focused on climate tech startup ecosystem. Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and ensure a user-centered design approach. Translate user requirements and business goals into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and web applications. Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and usability testing results. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs is faithful to the intended user experience and visual design. Apply and maintain consistent design standards, guidelines, and best practices across multiple projects. Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and industry standards, particularly as they relate to climate tech and sustainability. Monitor and analyze user behavior and data to identify areas for improvement and inform design decisions. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall design quality.
