This role partners closely with product managers, developers, architects, and other cross-functional stakeholders to design and validate solutions that improve the user experience across web applications, mobile experiences, internal systems, and digital products. Location: Remote . The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, a state supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices: AL, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA. Responsibilities: Conduct user research, usability testing, and other Human-Centered Design activities to understand user needs and inform design decisions. Translate research findings into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Participate in Agile planning and ensure design solutions align with business goals and user needs. Present research insights and design recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Promote user-centered design best practices and contribute to design standards, documentation, and reusable resources. Mentor team members and share knowledge of UX/UI methodologies, tools, and emerging trends. Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and maintain consistency through design systems and component libraries. Support additional visual design needs, including presentations, digital assets, and marketing materials, as needed. Required Experience Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and user-centered design activities. Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design (HCD) methodologies. Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following: User Experience (UX) Design User Interface (UI) Design Interaction Design Service Design Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups. Ability to translate user research into intuitive and engaging digital experiences. Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Experience working within Agile product development teams. Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Accessibility Strong understanding of digital accessibility principles and WCAG standards. Experience designing inclusive digital experiences. Familiarity with accessibility testing tools such as JAWS or similar technologies. Required Technical Skills Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Figma Microsoft Office Suite Mural Experience using AI-powered design tools and large language models (LLMs) to accelerate ideation, research synthesis, content generation, and rapid design iteration Experience working with design systems and reusable component libraries Familiarity with responsive, mobile-first, and accessible design best practices Preferred Qualifications Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, or customer-facing digital products. Experience developing and maintaining design systems. Knowledge of front-end development principles and developer handoff best practices. Experience facilitating design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative ideation sessions.
