What You Will Do Answer all customer inquiries through various channels (telephone, chat, email and any additional channels as developed) in a courteous and professional manner Perform accurate diagnosis of inquiries and providing appropriate solutions/responses based on defined procedures Use appropriate systems and available resources as necessary to assist in responding to each request Support and provide information to all internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner Participate in cross-functional communications and meetings to support the team/domain/center Perform additional responsibilities as required Your Qualifications At VistaPrint, we are striving to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business Administration preferred Strong command of the English language At least one (1) year of customer service experience Previous experience in a multi-channel customer service environment preferred The ability to provide excellent customer service while multi-tasking Nice to Have Experience with graphic design and/or photo imaging design software a plus Why You'll Love Working Here There is a lot to love about working at VistaPrint.
