Learning & Development Track (Unpaid)

Location: Remote / Hybrid Duration: 8–12 Weeks (Summer 2026)

Commitment: Flexible / Part-time hours available (Focus on project-based learning)

Program Overview

We are launching our Undergraduate Summer Internship Program, an intensive, project-driven Learning & Development Track designed for ambitious students looking to transition from academic theory to production-grade engineering.

This is a non-commercial, educational internship focused entirely on mentorship, skill acquisition, and building high-performance applications. You won't be fetching coffee or doing data entry; you will be architecting systems, breaking code, and learning how modern tech stacks operate at scale.

What You Will Learn & Work With

You will have the opportunity to specialize or cross-train across three primary modern technical tracks, working on internal simulation projects within high-growth domains like PropTech (Property Technology), AdTech (Advertising Technology), and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) applications.

• Full-Stack Web Development
• Backend: Master modern MVC architecture, RESTful API design, and asynchronous task queues using Laravel.
• Frontend: Build highly interactive, reactive user interfaces using Vue.js, Nuxt (Server-Side Rendering), and Quasar Framework (for cross-platform desktop/mobile builds).
• UI/UX Product Design
• Translate complex business logic into intuitive user journeys.
• Wireframe, prototype, and design component-driven interfaces that map directly to frontend component libraries (like Quasar/Tailwind).
• Industrial IoT & Network Prototyping
• Explore hardware-to-software integration.
• Work on local data processing, device communication protocols, and monitoring systems using microcontrollers/single-board computers.

Who We Are Looking For

• Current undergraduate students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical/design field.
• The Self-Starter: Someone who values self-hosting, open-source tech, and understanding how things work under the hood rather than just copying and pasting code.
• Foundational Knowledge: Basic familiarity with object-oriented programming (PHP/JavaScript), HTML/CSS, or hardware basics. We don't expect you to be an expert, but you must have a passion for building.
• Problem Solvers: Students who prioritize understanding user problems and market validation over just writing code for the sake of it.
