Responsibilities
- Handle the basic underwriting of small to medium size risk
- Support the team in some adminstrative work
- Provide quotation for broker limit and follow up to negotiate afterwards on terms and conditions
- Share office administrative work within division
- Accountable for own business production
- Relationship building with key brokers
Requirements
- Fluent English Language Mandatory with Fluent Mandarin a plus
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Insurance, Banking, or Accounting
- Excellent people skills in order to work harmony with the team and also building strong broker relationships
- Detail and Result oriented. Good with numbers. Strong analytical skills
- Solid team player and have a do what it takes to get the job done attitude
- Be professional and upfront in dealing with each team member and external business relationships
- Able to take initiative to be creative in providing solutions quickly
- Be an attentive listener and willing to learn
- A willingness to learn and explore how AI can enhance your role and the broader organization is expected.
