You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our brokers and customers to maintain high retention levels in support of our underwriting strategy. What you'll be doing Underwrite existing business (fast track renewals, debit transactions and mid-term adjustments) within own authority and in line with Underwriting strategy Resolve general customer queries within underwriting authority Schemes administration including reviewing and managing scheme new and existing business quotations, queries and adjustments and processing schemes bordereaux Provision of underwriting administration support including data entry, MTA processing, work allocation Plan, prioritise and manage own work to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLAs What you'll need to have APA (Commercial General Insurance) minimum preferred or commitment to achieve APA and CIP within agreed timescale Experience of working within insurance sector desirable A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Appropriate IT skills including data processing Strong written and verbal communication skills What makes you stand out Experience in schemes administration Minimum Competency Qualification What we offer A competitive salary - let's discuss it Hybrid working Group Personal Pension - up to 12% employer contribution Generous annual bonus scheme: on-target bonus between 6% and 24% 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and a holiday buy and sell scheme An array of health and wellbeing benefits, including private healthcare, income protection and life assurance €250 annual personal grant to a charity of your choice Employee Assistance Programme Full study support to gain professional qualifications including sponsorship for insurance qualifications Career development opportunities Hear from the hiring manager “We pride ourselves on being a supportive, collaborative team where everyone’s contribution is valued.
