Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with union compliance
Background in the construction or similar industry with 5+ different types of unions
Experience with onboarding new unions
Knowledge of multi-state and multi-union payroll processing
Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Contractor Central preferred
Job Description:
Prepare and submit accurate and timely union reports in accordance with CBAs.
Reconcile union reports to payroll and investigate discrepancies.
Support union audits, including documentation, responses, and issue resolution.
Manage union employee setup, classifications, and rate maintenance.
Maintain compliance with union requirements and payroll regulations.
Partner with payroll, HR, and operations to ensure accurate labor reporting.
