The Unit Customer Service Representative facilitates timely communication between patients, families, visitors, and the healthcare team while ensuring unit organization, accuracy of information, and adherence to organizational standards and values. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or clerical roles required. Experience in a healthcare, hospital, or high-volume service environment. Experience managing multiple communication channels and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
