Customer Care Advisor (Remote After Training) $22/Hour | Warren, MI Area | Luxury Automotive Brand Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and solving problems with confidence and empathy? We are seeking Customer Care Advisors to join a premier luxury automotive customer experience team. This is an exciting opportunity to support customers through a variety of communication channels while helping deliver a world-class ownership experience. Compensation 💲 $22.00 per hour Work Environment 🏠 Hybrid Training, Fully Remote After Training Training will be conducted in a hybrid environment: Onsite 3 days per week Remote on Mondays and Fridays After successful completion of training, the position becomes fully remote . Important: Candidates must live within approximately one hour of Warren, MI , or be willing to commute onsite as needed. Employees may also be required to work onsite temporarily if home technology or connectivity issues prevent remote work. Schedule Availability Candidates must be flexible to work any shift within the following hours: Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM You will not be scheduled to work six days per week. What You'll Do As a Customer Care Advisor, you will serve as the voice of a prestigious luxury automotive brand, providing exceptional support and building lasting customer relationships. You will assist customers with a wide range of inquiries, concerns, technical questions, and support needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized, luxury-level customer service across multiple communication channels. Handle customer cases efficiently while demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills. Research and resolve customer concerns, providing creative and effective solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues related to vehicle connectivity, Wi-Fi, infotainment systems, and mobile applications. Assist customers, dealerships, field personnel, and internal partners with support-related inquiries. Collaborate with team members on escalated situations and help identify root causes and corrective actions. Attend quality review sessions and apply feedback to continuously improve performance. Accurately document customer interactions, actions taken, and follow-up activities. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, service levels, and case resolution goals. Contribute to a positive team culture focused on operational excellence and customer advocacy. Qualifications Required ✅ 2+ years of customer service experience ✅ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✅ Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems ✅ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ✅ Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic ✅ Ability to handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism Preferred ⭐ Previous automotive customer service experience ⭐ Experience supporting luxury customers or premium brands ⭐ Familiarity with dealerships or automotive industry operations ⭐ Experience with CRM systems and call center environments ⭐ Knowledge of Android and Apple mobile devices ⭐ Technical support, service desk, or troubleshooting experience Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Enjoys helping customers and creating positive experiences. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Detroit, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
