About the role We are looking for ambitious, analytical, and customer-focused candidates to join our Upgrade team. As an Upgrade Engineer you will report to the local Upgrade team leader, and you will participate in projects delivered globally. Upgrade engineer is responsible for the implementation of new Inventory versions for our global customers which are leading companies from the construction equipment, automotive, agriculture, aviation industry, and other related fields. What would you do? Support the implementation and configuration of Syncron SaaS solutions for enterprise customers Analyze customer business processes, operational data, and system requirements Support the software release process Analyze and implement possibilities for upgrade process automation Modelling the supply chain and fine-tuning parameters Testing configuration and ensuring business alignment Support customers during onboarding and post-implementation phases Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams Develop expertise in supply chain, aftermarket service, and enterprise software solutions Who you are? / What we expect: Worked a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience on enterprise software implementations preferably on Aftermarket or Supply Chain/Pricing solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Can understand and write basic SQL queries Take accountability for your customer’s needs and aim to deliver best results for your clients Ability to understand and document customer requirements Fluent English to a business level across written and spoken Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Interest in leveraging Information Technology to achieve business objectives Comfortable working with data, systems, and customer-facing projects The icing on the cake: Project experience in consulting, technology, supply chain, analytics, or SaaS Familiarity with SQL, Excel, Power BI, or ERP system Exposure to Agile methodologies or project management concepts Experience working in team-based academic or extracurricular projects We offer: Structured onboarding and mentorship from experienced Upgrade engineer Innovation-Driven Culture – Join a team that thrives on creativity and collaboration.
